Who We Are
To be Novaturient is to desire change or alteration, usually as it relates to one’s life, behaviour, or situation.
Put simply, we believe that it is our experiences that establish and reinforce the beliefs we hold, which in turn drive our behaviour and therefore, the results we achieve. Most of this resides at the unconscious level and regardless of whether the results are intended or not, the conscious challenging or reinforcement of our beliefs comes from new experiences which ‘expose’ them. These are the ‘Aha’ moments.
Our mission is to facilitate direct interventions, to be the catalysts for new experiences, through which people come to test, question and grow their understanding of what and how things work. When these experiences resonate, deep and meaningful change is possible.
Maryse Peach
Co-founder and Director of Novaturients Consulting
In a career spanning 35 years (a journey which includes an almost 14-year tenure with Unilever in key management roles) Maryse has applied her experience navigating the entrepreneurial challenges as a business owner in the retail and tourism spaces.
But it is her true passion for experiential learning – skills she gained in designing and facilitating business simulations – that has led her to this point. A dedicated, optimistic, fearless self-starter, Maryse is a slave to learning and growth, and a willing catalyst for change. In short, she is novaturient.
Paul Fletcher
Co-founder of Novaturients Consulting
Paul’s calling is as a facilitator and coach; a holder of space for learning, insight, understanding, and growth.
In a career spanning 33 years, Paul has gained experience in senior line positions in the corporate world and from managing his own business in the construction sector.
For the past 20 years, Paul has focused in the areas of facilitation and coaching, in particular using simulations and experiential learning in following his passion. This has taken place in a wide range of industries and in more than 25 countries across the world.
