Hybrid Leadership
Using innovative, captivating and result-oriented methodology to develop practical skills in virtual training programmes, this simulation addresses a range of relevant issues including management of virtual meetings, communication management, mastering effective delegation and best practices to promote integration in a remote work environment, amongst others.
Negotiation Skills
A programme during which participants engage with the simulation individually, joining plenary sessions for feedback and discussion. The simulation addresses subjects such as preparing and planning the negotiation, active listening, psychological traps and intercultural negotiations, to name but a few.
Project Management
A general project management simulation where participants initially experience alternative project management approaches (such as Waterfall, Agile and Lean), the phases of a project, managing the trade-offs between the various parties to (and elements of) the project and application of project planning tools. Once all scenarios have been completed, participants join plenary discussions to interrogate the decisions made and share their learning.
Agile Scrum
Learn about the main Agile practices for business management, enhancing the PMI formation, understanding restrictions, benefits, and application contexts in an engaging and experiential virtual session.
Change Management
This learning experience will stretch participants to make decisions that challenge the forces holding them back, the traps that hinder growth, preventing them from reaching their true potential. They will learn new remedial strategies inspired by thought leaders such as David Gleicher, Rick Maurer, Charles Duhigg, John Kotter & Stephen Covey.
Situational Leadership
We are in a world where an agile approach is a prerequisite to staying relevant and growing. It is imperative for leaders to master an adaptable leadership approach to drive individual performance and deliver team results.
This is a gamified simulation, firmly rooted in the well-established theories inspired by Drs. Paul Hersey, Ken Blanchard and John Kotter.
Participants make decisions to build a sense of urgency and then apply situational leadership skills appropriate to the individuals’ needs to manage their development and performance.
