Leaders bring about change. Whether this is enabling people to bring their full potential, responding to the broader environment or reflecting on their personal effectiveness, the agenda is change. It follows that the best leaders are equipped as Change Leaders.

Our approach begins with assisting the leader to liberate themselves from the obstacles that exist within them. Then we provide the understanding, tools and models to do the same for the people they lead and the organisations they serve. A golden thread through all of this is what is involved in enabling the necessary shift.

In our leadership training, we use experiential tools that provoke discovery, rather than teaching theory. Whilst what we do is soundly based in theory, our philosophy is that these learning experiences make it ‘real’. The discoveries that people make for themselves, when subsequently supported by the ‘experts’, is that more deeply internalised. 

Whilst we set a framework and proposed content customised to address the client mandate, we retain sufficient flexibility to modify the programme as we identify emerging needs.  

The sessions are structured as sufficient, spaced sessions of no more than three hours,  complemented by coaching sessions. The learning is immediately applied through project work, addressing real issues which provides the ideal opportunity to integrate learning.
